The Full Conference Pass includes:

1. Access to the official conference days and all sessions
2. Coffee breaks and lunches on 17, 18 and 19 June 2019
3. Opening Reception (Monday 17 June 2019)
4. Kick-Off Party (Monday 17 June 2019)
5. Conference Dinner (Tuesday 18 June 2019)

Estonian VAT of 20% is applicable to all TNC19 registration fees.

All TNC19 speakers (of sessions, presentations and Lightning Talks) will need to purchase a pass in order to visit and speak at TNC19. Speakers are eligible for a discounted ‘Full Conference Speaker Pass‘. Please note that only confirmed TNC19 speakers may make use of this discounted link. Each speaker registration will be checked by the organisers.

Also Demonstration and Poster presenters will need to register for TNC19, by using the ‘Regular Fee’.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

Participants requiring supporting documentation in order to apply for a visa, can request it in the registration procedure by providing the required information. Please be aware that a letter of invitation does not imply any financial support.
Conference participants will still be subject to the normal registration fee mentioned on this page. Registration to the conference is necessary. Payment and accommodation booking must be made prior to requesting an invitation letter.

ACCOMMODATION

Please consult the hotel section for further information about conference accommodation. The cost is not included in the registration fee.

Participants at TNC19 enjoy an environment of respectful and encouraging behaviour, so that everyone feels welcome, comfortable and equal.
